Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the digital marketing, advertising, website development and e-commerce services provided by Dream Digital Solutions.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Plain-language summary: prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices. Your final scope, deliverables and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Advertising spend and third-party costs are paid separately by you. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales or advertising results. A signed proposal takes precedence over anything stated on this website.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of dreamdigital.digital and any services you engage from Dream Digital Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), located in Gorantla, Sri Sathya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh, India. By submitting an enquiry, accepting a proposal, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.

If you engage us for services, a written proposal or scope of work will be issued. Where that document conflicts with these terms, the signed proposal prevails for that engagement.

2. Services

We provide digital marketing, social media management, Meta Ads and Google Ads management, search engine optimisation, Google Business Profile optimisation, website design and development, e-commerce development, content marketing, branding, WhatsApp Business setup, lead generation, YouTube marketing, analytics, reporting and digital growth consulting.

The specific services, quantities, deliverables and timelines for your engagement are those listed in your accepted proposal. Anything not listed is out of scope unless agreed in writing.

3. Indicative pricing and quotations

  • All prices published on this website are indicative starting prices.
  • Final pricing depends on your requirements, the volume of deliverables and the agreed scope of work.
  • Quotations are valid for the period stated in them, or for 30 days if no period is stated.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Advertising spend, premium software, stock media, photography, printing, influencer fees, domain registration, hosting, paid themes and plugins, payment gateway fees and third-party subscriptions are separate and payable by you unless explicitly included in a signed proposal.
  • Deliverable quantities are capped as listed. We do not offer unlimited deliverables.

4. Payment terms

  1. Monthly retainer services are invoiced in advance for each service month.
  2. Project-based work such as website or e-commerce development typically requires an advance before work begins, with the balance payable on completion before launch or handover.
  3. Work may be paused or withheld if invoices are overdue.
  4. Third-party costs must be paid directly by you or reimbursed promptly where we have paid on your behalf with your written agreement.
  5. Taxes, bank charges and payment gateway charges are payable by you where applicable.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Providing accurate business information, product details, prices and service descriptions.
  • Providing content, images, logos and brand assets that you have the right to use.
  • Granting timely access to your website, hosting, domain, social media accounts, Google Business Profile, advertising accounts and analytics.
  • Responding to approval requests and review rounds within a reasonable time.
  • Ensuring that claims, offers, prices and medical, legal or financial statements you supply are accurate and comply with applicable law and platform advertising policies.

Where delays in your feedback, content or access affect delivery, timelines will be adjusted accordingly and we are not responsible for the resulting delay.

6. Timelines and revisions

Website and e-commerce timelines begin only when we have received all content, product details and required access. Published estimates (for example 2–3 weeks, 3–5 weeks or 5–8 weeks) depend on content readiness, platform selection, integrations, product volume, number of revisions and third-party approvals.

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes in scope may be charged separately and may extend the timeline.

7. Advertising spend and platform accounts

  • Advertising budget is separate from our management fee and is paid by you directly to the advertising platform.
  • Advertising platforms set their own policies, review processes, eligibility rules and approval times. We do not control platform decisions.
  • Management fees depend on campaign complexity, the number of campaigns and the size of the advertising budget.
  • Campaign performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including competition, seasonality, platform changes and your pricing or service quality.

8. No guarantees of results

We do not guarantee and expressly do not promise any specific search ranking, position, traffic volume, number of leads, number of conversions, cost per lead, return on ad spend, revenue or business outcome. Any example, illustration, chart or sample layout on this website is for explanation only and is not a prediction or a record of client performance.

Six months is a recommended minimum engagement for evaluating a sustained marketing strategy. It is not a guarantee of business success. Results vary by market, competition, budget, business offering and execution.

9. Case studies, testimonials and marketing

We publish case studies and testimonials only with client permission and verified reporting data. We may reference our engagement with you in a general client list only with your permission. Sample portfolio layouts on this website are clearly labelled and do not represent completed client work.

10. Intellectual property

  • On full payment, ownership of final delivered website designs, developed code, creatives and content produced specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party components.
  • Third-party components such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and platforms remain subject to their own licences, which you must hold or purchase.
  • Our pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks and processes remain our property.
  • Working files, drafts and unused concepts remain ours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This does not apply to information that is public, independently known, or required to be disclosed by law.

12. Third-party services and platforms

We work with third-party platforms including Meta, Google, WhatsApp, hosting and e-commerce providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, price changes or data practices of those platforms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

13. Termination

  • Monthly retainer services may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
  • Fees for work already completed or committed in the notice period remain payable.
  • Project engagements may be terminated in writing; work completed to date is payable proportionally.
  • Either party may terminate immediately for material breach that is not remedied, or for unlawful or policy-violating activity.
  • On termination we will hand over completed deliverables and, where applicable, account access, subject to payment of outstanding amounts.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees paid by you to us for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false enquiries, or use automated systems to scrape content. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.

16. Feedback and promotions

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve our services without obligation to you. Any promotional offer published on the website is subject to the conditions stated with it and to availability.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India, will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from our services.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
